Personally, I like giving answers. All of our supervisors like giving answers, and our dedicated contributors do, too. They wouldn't be on WikiAnswers all the time if the didn't like giving answers.
Why are other users giving the answers?
Because WikiAnswers is a "wiki", which is a type of site where the contributors/visitors to the site are the ones that give the answers. That is what is supposed to happen on this site. Of course, you will find that some "answers" will be given by people who are just here to have fun and really don't know the answers, but there are plenty of people who do answer questions here correctly. There are some automated answers, but the vast majority are answered by real people like me. Many of us have answered thousands of questions here. You can answer questions too, if you see any you know the answers to. That is how all the people who regularly answerer questions here started.
Why do you always have rediculous answers?
There are always spammers and people who aren't sincere and the staff is working on that but we are doing this in our free time and do as much as we can and catching them all and change all the answers is taking time. Many people here leave correct and sincere answers.

Why are answers on WikiAnswers so poor?
Because the answers are all from people and if people are involved there is also a level of error which must be taken with it.The answers on wiki answers improve with time! Questions that have only been here a short while will have worse answers than those that have been here for a long time and have been revised many times.
