In very small quantities (15-30 dried mushrooms) it can be very much like feeling tipsy, with giggles and maybe slight visuals like coloured blurred vision.
You hear all the Horror stories of people tripping jumping off cliff's thinking they can fly. These instances are rare and in the extreme. And usually in cases when people have gone over board with the amount they taken.
If you aren't sound of mind, or unstable in anyway stay well clear. Always make sure you are with good friends in a safe environment and are happy.
