a scene doesn't have to be just one person. if a Teacher was shouting at it's pupil in the middle of the playground-that's a scene. being part of a fight is a very big scene, and usually...fights dont just happen on one person (unless your suicidal:))-which i dont think you are! :P
if you dont believe them-ignnore them, but if you do want to know the truth, ask a close friend or family member-they should tell you. if ur too embarrassed to ask someone, then assess urself and notice the things you do, imagine if you were looking at urself, would you be really annoyed if you were there? Associate someone else to you-do you find them annoying?
