Joseph Stalin was probably as bad, if not worse than Hitler. He was a paranoid, Russian Dictator.
He killed any man with high authority. This means, doctors, lawyer's, businessmen because he was afraid of being over throne like the last Tsar did and after the job was done, he killed his Hench men. He was responsible for as much as 40-60 milliondeaths. He even killed many of his generals just before the German invasion in June 1942, so they got slaughtered by then stopped and promoted low ranking officers to lead the red army... but then killed most of them too after the war was over.

∙ 12y agoMany people think Stalin is a villain type person due to his ruthless governing style and his cruelty. He committed many mass murders and such but it was all to improve the USSR or to secure or strengthen his power threshold.

When Hitler invaded russia during WWII, Stalin made it clear that he would take the fight back to the fatherland and end the attempt of nazi ruling. Hitler and Stalin were both "evil" in their own persepctive. Hitler is reffered to as much more evil in most accounts, and his motive was also more evil. Stalin was still very ruthless and cruel though. Evil is also a matter of perspective.
