Because the prices are unjustifiable compared to desktops and no matter what anyone thinks or says desktops are more powerful.
Because desktops are cheaper and easier to upgrade than laptops and laptops are also more expensive to repair due to being so small and most need custom parts.
So only ever purchase a laptop for work and chilling outside because they're not worth it.
