That depends on who it is you want to tell and why you think that person needs to hear it. People can be easily offended if they think your motives are judgmental. A non confrontational approach would be best. In other words, a lot of people get put off by the so called "in your face preaching". You want to lead people to Jesus not turn them away. Be thoughtful, respectful and not too pushy.
