- Evolution has been observed to occur in modern species; viruses and bacteria evolve so quickly that new vaccines must be prduced each year, for example.
- Evolution has occurred in the past, as evidenced by various fossil records and genetic, anatomic and physiological comparisons.
- Evolution has been used to make predictions, which were entirely accurate.
If evolution were not a fact, then these all being so would create a contradiction.
