Because they have evolved to survive in the desert AND with the few water that rains, the plants store that, but I don't know where thy store it.
Hope it helped!
Desert where only xerophytic plants can survive.
What plants grow best in the hot, arid desert climate
Cacti and succulents are two common types of plants that are well adapted to hot and arid desert conditions. Their ability to store water in their tissues allows them to survive in these harsh environments.
Because the desert is hot and the Rainforest is hot but the difference is that the rainforest has more plants than the desert
Yes. Just because we normally think of a desert as hot doesn't mean some can't be cold. A desert is simply a dry area where few plants grow.
yes because it is usually is hot and when it raining they grow quickly because they don't need to collect warmth again lol :D
No, most plants will not grow at all in salt water.
Most desert plants evolved according to their environment, an environment in which conservation of moisture is paramount. The broad surface of a leaf would transpire too much moisture away from the plant in the hot, dry desert, so "leaves" are an almost unseen feature of most desert plants.
Aphids can be found in any warm or hot desert which has plants upon which they feed.
Some plants do but it depends on what type of plants you are talking about. Basil, Parsley, and Tomatoes grow quickly here in Florida.
The Simpson Desert of Australia is a hot desert.
Plants in the desert are shorter & have developed the adaptation to survive long periods of drought & hot weather
