Scientists want to harness fusion because they think it would be a new thing to do
The expectation is that fusion reactors will provide large amounts of energy, and that they will be relatively environmentally-friendly.
Scientists are researching how to achieve nuclear fusion, a process that releases a large amount of energy by combining atomic nuclei. The sun is powered by fusion reactions, where hydrogen atoms combine to form helium. The goal of fusion research is to harness this process and create clean, limitless energy for the future.

Scientists talk about nuclear fusion, I don't think lawyers have any different words.
Usually a nuclear physicist.
Depends on which harness you want.
just want to know how to start a fusion weave
There are fuel pellets and laser beams inside fusion reactors. But note that we have not build a successful one. The technical problems are overwhelming at this point.
Scientists want to measure EVERYTHING...
You can't really harness energy from it, since there isn't any stored energy (except for nuclear fusion, for which we don't have the technology yet). However, you can store energy as hydrogen, to retrieve it later.
I am a chemist, and I don't personally know of any scientists who are doing this. but some scientists I know are worried about this method. well as you probably know there are pro's and con's of using hydrothermal resources.
