The ones with the European style headlights were bought and imported to the USA.

Otherwise, the headlight assemblies were purchased from a vendor here and installed to give it the European look.

Is there a difference between a 1989 Jeep Wrangler frame and a 1997 Jeep Wrangler frame?

The 89 is a YJ (square headlites) & the 97 was the first year of the TJ (went back to round headlites like the older CJs). The frame to body mounts are definitely different. I assume you are looking to swap something. I have seen blogs that put a YJ tub on a TJ frame to take advantage of the coil vs leaf springs. Do a Google search & see if you can find it. It was a good article with noce pictures of how it was done.

What does a period mean in math class?

For the United States: The period, or decimal as it's called in math, means the number is less than a whole number. Examples: 3.45 means 3 pizzas and 45% of a pizza. $199.89 means 199 dollars and 89% of a dollar (89 cents). In some European countries, the decimal is used as a comma and the comma as a decimal, but just focus on what it means in your math class.
