Because of the fertilization or the non-fertilization. Also because of their inner body such as their stomach and the kidneys.

The above answer is wrong. Birds that lay non-white eggs do so because they need to be camoflauged against predators. These are layed in nests which tend to be more in the open. Birds that lay eggs that are more hidden do not need the camoflauge so they are white. It is a pigmenst added in the reproductinve tract as they are about to be layed.
