It won't be able to help everyone because people may be pacemakers or fat/obese.
The devil is in the details. CT scans can and do save lives. CT scans can and do cause cancer. The appropriate use of the CT scan is safe and effective in modern healthcare. The inappropriate use of CT scans is a major public health concern.
Vista Health provides a variety of health care services. Some of those services are annual check-ups and some scans and pre-screenings for certain heath problems.

I believe that the technology we have today (MRI's, CT Scans etc) vastly improves everyone's health. It not only finds ailments that we don't know we have but it also verifies and or validates what doctors and or technicians have possibly suspected was wrong within our bodies. These technologies, in my opinion, have prolonged life and given those that have been exposed to them more options in helping to discover how to better care for their bodies and for a better outcome to their health care situation.
