It is up to them if they ban it or not. Parents need to monitor what their children watch.

This is apparently a super-ban, where they not only ban you from editing, but just flat out ban you from viewing, or appealing your ban. It's their way of saying "you're so totally unwelcome, we're not even going to hear your appeal." I got banned in this way and I can't even find out why.
