Pointed ears are typically a malformation/mutation of the genes directly responsible for the placement and shape of the external ear. Mutilation, self-mutilation, and plastic surgery can also be factors for why some people have pointy ears.

i was born with pointed ears and they always looked the same from birth when i was 7 my mom was cutting my hair and by accident cut the tip of one off and when it healed it grew back pointed again

If you mean 'bushy' as in very hairy, well then I can't answer that because I'm not sure. Most people's eyebrows aren't that bushy. You do see some exceptionally bushy eyebrows occasionally. Wax or tweezers can easily fix the problem though.
