I mean no offense, but the question seems quite naive, especially in the early days of the 21st century. Christmas is a feast proper to Christianity by definition, and not even all Christian sects think the same way about Christmas. Some consider it to have become nothing more than a commercial season. The word actually means "Christ's Mass" and makes reference to the Roman Catholic origins of the feast. Some Christian sects have similar feasts but they are celebrated instead at the time of the Epiphany, after the 12-day Christmas season ends.
But many people come from backgrounds that have nothing to do with Christ or Christianity. If a person is not Catholic or Christian, why on earth would that person 'celebrate' Christmas? Some people don't have any particularly strong connections to any religion at all. Why do we not all take part in Ramadan, or Rosh Hashanah? People are different, and especially regarding feasts that are even remotely religious in origin or practice, there will be many who no interest in them whatsoever.
we pay with fireworks often when it is midnight and some people have christmas trees and some do not that is how we celebrate christmas here
It depends ...some do and some do not celebrate Christmas (just like in western countries).

This question makes no sense. It sounds like you're asking what to get people (who celebrate Hanukkah) for Christmas. People who celebrate Hanukkah do not want Christmas presents. They do not celebrate Christmas.
Some people who celebrate Christmas might put up lights there
