because they have nothing to do
People asking pointless questions are insane. Just keep this in mind. Without questions there is no knowledge, without knowledge there is no civilization, thus we shall not exist. So let's go back to how people should answer a question as this, "There is no pointless or stupid question." It is also crazy when they ask questions like that. Some pointless questions are... 1. Why? 2. Are you nuts? 3. Why am I here? 4. Who is your dad? 5. Why did I do that? 6. Why do some people on this site ask really pointless questions?
People post all kinds of things on Twitter, some of it highly relevant, some of it pointless. They may tweet about current events or storms, or celebrity news, or they may post about what they had for breakfast, or that they are bored.
Some children do it because they are immature. However you should be aware that the answer to a question that may be obvious to you may not be to others.
Some simple brief research would have answered your question.
Some questions are ambiguous. Some people may misread or misunderstand the question. There are also people that just post nonsense and spam.
Some people apparently post fatuous questions on the algebra section of WikiAnswers!
Don't post random questions here. Some people really want to know.
School teachers may not like it when their students post their homework as questions on wiki. People may post wrong answers and possible mislead other people into tragic results.
Some post questions that are not important in their kind of what people are searching for. I suggest you send important questions(highly educated questions)so people could see it. If it doesn't work, ask your friends to answer your questions. I help people's unanswered questions because I don't want them to wait for a long time just for their question to be answered.
It is unfortunate you feel that way. Yes, people do answer questions on this forum. Some answers may not be to your liking of what you want to hear, but unless you come onto the forum with an open mind that people are there to help you and give you some options then do not bother to post on a forum. You have the freedom to take the advice or not. If you receive a post that is ridiculing you or swearing at you then you have the right to complain about that post. Most on this forum are here to help and to offer solutions to problems.
Yes and no, some physics can post questions and answers on the internet but, some don't want to or, can't do it.
Well, maybe. Some of these questions are opinionated, anyway. You do have a point though. For the most part, no. But it seems some may have heard of the youtube nerfers.
