Why do strawberries age?

Strawberries age because when mold spores get into the refrigerator they go into the strawberry container and , obviously, get onto the strawberries where they will live. Then the strawberries go bad. The process also has to do with oxygen.

Crazy Science Man!!!!! The person who asked the question probably doesn't even know what you're talking about.

ALL foods contain the microorganisms that decay food. Proper storage merely slows down the process.
