The whole point of Physical Education at school is so the school can meet the Government's requirements for children's exercise during school. It motivates children to keep themselves fit and healthy and maybe persuade them to carry on playing sports outside of school. It also helps keep the obesity rate down. You will find that if you go into PE with a positive attitude and eager to take part, you will enjoy it a lot!
