Classic Nicktoons like Sponge Bob, Doug, Rocko's Modern Life, Hey Arnorld, Angry Beavers,Oh Yeah! Cartoons, Cat Dog, Rocket Power, Invader ZIM, Fairly Odd Parents, and Chalk Zone are for all ages. Classic Nicktoons are meant for all ages, and these classic Nicktoons are pretty much fun for teenagers and adults. Classic Nicktoons are meant for General Audience, not just for kids. I recommend those older Nicktoons to anyone whose likes old cartoons better than new ones.
Is Nicktoons Channel still called Nicktoons Network?
I think so (that direct TV has Nicktoons Network). My favorite shows to watch on NIcktoons Network are Spongebob Squarepants (animated episodes) , Chalk Zone, Fairly Odd Parents (animated episodes), and some other old classics on nick that use to be on NIckelodeon. I wish the old Nickelodeon is on again, but I don't care about buying those reruns/animated cartoon shows on DVD to watch.

Classic Nicktoons most of the time gets enjoyed by teenagers and adults in their 30's and in their 40's. Classic Nicktoons can be enjoyed by grandparents in their 60's and 70's. If you like Classic Nicktoons, you can watch Classic Nicktoon in any age.
