It says in the front of some of the Georgia Nicholson books that the Americans thought some of the book titles were rude, like "And that's when it fell off in my hand", so for the American version, it was called "Away laughing on a fast camel". Also, some of the bookshave been re-published with a new cover, but the name is still the same. If it is still confusing Georgia has a webby-site, which you can go on and it will tell you all the names of the books, which will be the English ones. Hope this helps : )
