They talk like children in this commercial because it attracts the viewers attention. Reports show that commercials with animals or children *talking babies, kids voices, or young kids in general, are likely to be watched. People change the channel if a commercial is dull, but if it is catchy, cute, or funny, people will watch the commercial and purchase the product being advertised. Its all on advertising techniques
