Ashamed of the way he has treated the loyal Bob
Scrooge becomes so gay and light of heart. He felt loved and joy that his family felt that way towards him even though he had not been kind to them.
The outcome of A Christmas Carol is that Scrooge changes from being a selfish, bitter, money-loving man to being a generous, caring individual. As a result, the Cratchets had a great Christmas, Bob got a raise, and most importantly, Tiny Tim did not die.

Mr. and Mrs. Cratchit feel resentful and indignant towards Scrooge because he mistreats Bob Cratchit and pays him very little, despite being wealthy himself. They see Scrooge as selfish and heartless, especially during the holiday season.
I am not really sure, but maybe beacuse she was dead and he has not seen her for a while.

The words "Are these the shadows of the things that Will be, or are they shadows of things that May be only?" were repeated by the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come, causing Scrooge to feel ashamed of his current ways and the potential consequences of his actions.
Bob was loyal to the miserly old man, he felt sorry for him which we feel when he offers up a toast on Christmas day
