needs windshield wiper cpntrol motor circuit board changed about 20 bucks ar local parts store easy to change located at rear of wiper motor disconnect battery, remove three torx head screws holding cover , remove screws holding old card remove wiring connector and clean rotory switch of grease reinstall th e new card.
