Because it is not fair for people who work their asses of to level up. I mean.. if you have one guy who plays fair to level up.. and then you have a different guy who uses glitches to level up.. you know.. nobody's gonna like the cheater. Or maybe treyarch just wants the game to be perfect/clean, y'know? Like without those little mistakes (glitches). Even though some glitches are a load of fun, it does get annoying.
