They don't. at least mine doesn't. More then 80% of the worlds men are intact and I doubt that the 805 of penises smell bad. It would be enough to turn most women of sex and judging from the worlds population I don't think that is happening. I think that this is a rumor started by the pro circ lobby in order to maintain male genital mutilation.
