due to a small ammount of moisture built up on the weather seals easy fix clean the seals with die electric grease and scrub until no grease is present to prevent from smearing on the window as it goes up and down also the cleaner the glass the less likely it is to freezy and stick to the seal

In extremely cold climates a 60/40 mix may be necessary. Running pure water or pure anti-freeze are both ansking for trouble. Pure water provides no protection whatsoever. And pure anti-freeze will freeze at a higher temperature than a mix.
It doesn't freeze - one use of anti-freeze is in your cars radiator it stops it from freezing up in the winter, no anti freeze and you run the risk of a frozen radiator, car over heating or even worse a cracked engine block.
