Or you can check out cartoonnetwork.com which is only available for paying tv subscribers within the US. If you are looking for 90s cartoons and especially 90s cartoon network / hanna barbera cartoons, you should check out funniermoments.com. This website is free and worldwide.

Actually it is because children's brains haven't connected yet so logic and the imagination mix which really makes children believe anything.
