Because Smirnoff Ice is basically low level of alcohol and the rest is sugar. What you are experiencing is probably a sugar rush. People on Smirnoff Ice often think they are drunk and are usually found running up the walls, screaming loudly and puking in all kinds of crazy colours.
It is basically like a small child who eats too much candy. The results of this experiment will be scarily similar to the effect of Smirnoff Ice on adults.
