Why do you defend Obama in your answers?

The defense offered is self-explanatory.

Let me add that if you find it incredible that anyone would come to the defense of such a monstrous, horrible creature as Barack Obama, you have a very distorted view of American politics and of Obama, who has done a good job as President. The vast hostility toward Obama, drummed up by the Republican Party, is partisan in nature, and has very little to do with Obama's actual job performance. He has been demonized by people who, as far as I can tell, are blinded by their own prejudice.
