It's a tradition in some families and cultures. However, eating Christmas cake is NOT a tradition in ALL families or in ALL cultures. To assume so would be an error. Some families have very few traditions.
I love lasagna for many reasons. First and foremost; it is a comfort food of mine. Always reminds me of home while I'm eating it. Second of all I love lasagna because it is versatile. Lasagna can be made in so many ways and with any ingredient you have laying around in the house. It is extremely easy to make and can feed a whole family for days.
Those are just a few reasons as to why I love lasagna.
