Fats have a lot of functions.

1. it generates a lot of heat so you won't get too cold and helps to stabilize body temperature

2. It dissolves Vitamin A,D,E and K

3. It creates a cushion-like barrier to protect your inner organs.

4. You eat fat so that you don't get hungry easily. the presence of fats slow down the digestion process. If you digest slowly, you don't get hungry easily.
