Being lightheaded or dizzy is a symptom that needs to be diagnosed by a physician. It can be simple or very complex. If this is a constant symptom, a trip to the doctor is in order. If you stand up quickly and get lightheaded, this may be due to low blood pressure or something called orthostatic hypotension. If you are standing and become lightheaded, you may need to sit and lower your head to a position lower than your heart...between your knees. Side effects of certain drugs can be lightheaded and dizzy. Being dehydrated can also cause you to be lightheaded. Your doctor will want to know when you become lightheaded (during certain activities, times of day, etc) and how long you have been experiencing the problem.

What it feels like: You may get it when you stand up quickly.
Basically you feel faint and you might feel a bit sick, hearing goes a bit weird-either fuzzy or everything silent, your eyes sometimes stop working well- fuzzy or tunnel vision, but generally it's just a weird feeling in your head.

Eat more, Drink some water, just get some food and some water, if you dont feel better you need some sleep :)
