Look listen im not the one thats giving you dumb answers, but anyway, you have gotta have manners asking questings example the rude one is "hey!! Is there stuff on my shirt!?" its supposed to be like"excuse me, Is there any spotts on my shirt."what else is you have to tap on the persons shoulder softly in order for him or her to get their attention.If it never works,then idk.Note:it happens at my school.
