Guys aren't the only ones who do that, women do it too, and the reason is usually for sex.
Sometimes though you're to blind to see that your relationship is falling a part from under you until your partner cuts off the relationship.

It can be because he is in a bad mood at times or even the next day. Guys can be weird and non-interactive at times. Guys can be not weird and sociable at times too. It can be repetitive unless someone or himself does something about it. The guys can be focused and busy on another thing at times besides you.

well the main things are you need to eat healthy, and you would have to work out at least 3 to 4 times a week, you can do crunches to get you mid section and you top for that day, rest the next day. the next day you can work on your obleaks, then rest the next day. and do that over and over again and soon you will see resaults. and once you have the body you want you cant just stop, just keep eating healthy and working out but dont over do it.
