There is no such right. It is not a right. It is a privilege.
Another view:
Maybe because every soul in the universe has a right to be in a body at least one time. I disagree on the notion that being born is a privilege when life itself is so hard. Is it a privilege to be born with constant pain, disability, and humiliation? Some argue that we choose to be born and that some are in such discomfort by not having a body that they would gladly jump at the chance to enter even a deformed body or the body in the womb of someone with a history of abortion just to get a little bit of time in a body.
There is no child with that right. Legal rights do not enure until a child is born. There is no legal right to be born. There is no child with that right. Legal rights do not enure until a child is born. There is no legal right to be born. There is no child with that right. Legal rights do not enure until a child is born.
