Because it is not like air where you can just breath and it goes down your throat.
Only if you close your mouth and swallow it goes back down
My feeling is, you might as well swallow. Even if you spit, some of the semen is still going to end up going down your throat. So you might as well just swallow it all. Swallowing also saves you that awkward, "Oh, wait, gotta run and find a tissue now" moment.
Basically, there is no exams have to swallow tube in x-ray field, but as for internal medicine such as colonoscopy, endoscopy for stomach and ERCP for gall bladder has to use long tube with the camera which is located on the end of the tube.
since the body is DEAD the answer would be no, because the body shut down. meaning it doesn't need water or food. if you shoved food down it's throat it would just sit in the stomach, or really the throat
Crocs don't use their teeth for chewing but rather to grip their prey and they just toss it to the back of their throats and swallow it down. If venomous, the snake will bite their prey, envenomate, kill it, swallow it down whole. If nonvenomous, they would either constrict their prey and swallow it down or just bite and wait for it to stop struggling and swallow.
I have the same problem. Just drink some water(any fluid will work) when the food becomes stuck. It will help it to go down.
these two really aren't related, when you eat foods you chew and swallow, and a little part in your throat slides down causing your food to just go into your stomach and be digested.
If you swallow a small piece of bubblegum, it's fine. It will not hurt you or anything. But you swallow a huge wad of double bubble with an extra layer of blueberry bubblegum, then, yes, you're really hurting yourself. You know when you eat food & you chew it down to swallow easier? I'm sure you couldn't swallow an entire hot dog so you have to chew it up. But bubblegum you can't really "chew." it just gets tastier when you do that and even harder to swallow, so it can get stuck in your throat. It would do too much bad to your actual body, but just don't try it.
It depends what type of animal if it is a bird they mostly have gizzards in their throat. the gizzards have stones in them. If it is a animal such as a dog they chew and swallow with the muscels in their throat just like us humans do.
You would hope not but apparently its about an average of 8 spiders per week *Average of none you mean. You can't swallow a spider without waking up, and if you were to swallow a spider while sleeping your mouth would have to be open (and facing straight up) very wide, and the spider would have to climb down its silk line perfectly into the back of your throat without touching your lips or tongue. The second it reaches your throat you would have to take a swallow and let it go down.. All in all, it just doesn't happen.
Just swallow your feelings down and carry on with life
Without a throat you won't be able to breath, consume food and water and other liquids.
