The Fruits Of The Holy Spirit are Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-control. On your Confirmation Day you have a Confirmation name, a name that means something to you ex. a family member, saint etc. The Bishop makes a cross on your head with special oil to confirm you and then says your Confirmation name and then "Be filled with the Gifts Of The Holy Spirit" You have a close relative to be your sponsor on your Confirmation Day to pass down to you the Gifts they have been given by their sponsor, which has been given to them by their sponsor etc.
