Well, the short answer is you don't. It is only there as an input device, and if you don't intend to input data, then you don't need it.
Similarly with the display, the output device - if you don't need it - don't have one.
Your watch likely contains a computer, but it is possible that you have no way of inputting data to it. And that is not its function anyway.
Many automated (computer controlled systems) do not use these devices, for they are not integral to the purpose of the system.
On the shop floor of the steel mill, or of the machine making ice cream, there will be a computer controlling the process, but there is no need for the controls of the computation system to be on the shop floor.
