Most websites in present day heavily depend on Java Script and AJAX.
Java script
Java script coding is computer coding, many things require Java, and you need to have Java enabled to view these types of programs.
You don't need JavaScript to do this, just add style="position:fixed" to the item.

You can write java script code on any platform be it mac, linux, solaris or windows. All you need is a mac version of notepad, some html page where you insert your java script code and a web browser where you view the html page. All major browsers support java script coding and all you need to do is enable the Java Script support in browsers if it is not enabled already.
You need to learn Php/html/Java script from what I know
You need to use File class to create file in java and than Reader class implementation such as BufferedReder to read content.
not an actual code line you need to redefine the script
You need to have some program that can open/run them on your computer. To save them, then run them, save them as a .Js files.
In general, no you do not need Java or JavaScript to play music on your computer. However, if you want to hear music played by a website, there's a good chance that it uses one of these technologies to do it, in which case you would need Java or a JavaScript enabled browser.
