Yes you can but you are better off puting boiling water in a cup and placing the bottle in the cup to heat. If you do decide to use the microwave take the lid and tit off because it will burn and always test it first it only takes about a minute. Boiling water is more healthy way of heating it.

Microwaving causes "hot spots" and can lead to serious burns. It is highly recommended that parents warm baby formula using a warm water bath. Bottles should be warmed in a pot of water heated on the stove. Never warm formula in the microwave.

Yes. The microwave can break down proteins in the formula. Additionally, it isn't safe to microwave baby formula because the microwave oven doesn't heat it evenly and it could have hot spots that could burn the baby.
