Yes, Pretty Normal and Healthy. Its not the meal that you just ate coming through, in case you were worried. The act of eating, swallowing, etc stimulates the whole length of the digestive tract in all its many parts to start moving, a process called peristalsis. Your gut is quite simply making room for the next stuff to come through.

A little lag is best, from 10 to 40 minutes between eating and pooing.

In a healthy person you should be passing one or more movements per day, preferably at least two, well formed and about the size and shape of a banana. If you are consistently passing loose stools or diarherrea, or constipated, then the chances are you are off balance, or not quite digesting properly.

Hope this answers your question.....

When you eat, you are not only taking in more food and hydration, you are also increasing the pressure of the stomach against your internal organs. So that may increase the feeling of urgency. If you take time eating, you might give the kidneys enough time to make urine. However, any feces you expel immediately after a meal is likely to be from the previous day, and it was likely already due, and the current meal is pushing against the colon and adding to the need to go.

Because when your body has digested your food it goes through your intestines where it turns into feces and then comes out the rectum through the anus.
