Your body may be in starvation mode. You may gain less weight by eating a healthy diet.
It could be that when you do eat, you are so starved that you over-eat. Or you when you do eat, you eat too the wrong food. Foods that are high in fat.

It's all about sticking to a healthy diet. If you don't eat then your body will go into survival mode and then the little bits that you do eat will be put on as fat. You will also not get as much nutrition if you only eat a bit because you need nutrition from a variety of foods. Look up a food pyramid in Google images and have a look to see what you should eat.
