because animals need to live an they have a life too. RSPCA help animals lives and save their lives. Of course were gonna rely on them it's what they do to help people.

The RSPCA, like so many other charities, rely solely on public donations because the Government does not offer funds to them. The money raised goes towards all sorts of publicity campaigns, staff training, paying staff, and for the facilities needed to house abandoned or otherwise abused animals.
