you are dying
Dead or alive is 'mort ou vif' in French. When not used in that expression, 'alive' is translated 'vivant, vivante'.
It depends on which bodies you are talking about as to whether or not they were dead or alive. Usually when a body are found, the person is dead, if the person was alive, they would not say the bodies were fond.
actually a ghost might think it is still alive, others know they are dead you can ask a ghost if they think they are alive or dead. if they say they are alive you can explain to them they are dead. they might not believe you but they might find out later. :)
Fighting, Ninjas and boobies. Sad to say
It depends on the quality of the kidney in question, no alot of people want dead kidneys so I'd say Alive.

He's dead.
No, he is "dead" which is to say, he is absent from the body and present with The Lord.
If i am typing this right now, i must be alive. no offense to you crazy people out there but why would you waste your time asking such a stupid question? And just to be nice i will answer and say yes i am alive
He's alive and a personal friend of mine whom I speak with fairly often. Being that he wasn't dead a few minutes ago, I'd say he's still alive now.
