But talking about importance of Human behavior in an organization, it is is very important to maintain a good and healthy behaviour in an organization as its the ones behaviour that depicts the relation of an employee with his coworkers, subordinates, seniors or Bosses. Behaviour of an individual shows the dedication of the employee towards his work, organization. a good and healthy behaviour can prove fruitful in terms of promotions, job recognition, Increments or appraisals. but at the same time bad behaviour can be opposite.

∙ 11y agoUnderstanding the fundamentals of human behavior is necessary to any field that requires you to associate with fellow people; imagine a CEO with a third grader's understanding of why people do the things that they do, and then imagine him facing the daunting task of laying off half of his company. It wouldn't matter if you were an intelligent worker or are just having an "off week" - he'd look at the figures and base a person's entire performance on that alone. Our incompetent CEO won't bother to take into account any of the millions of psychosocial factors that necessitate what we call human behavior; in other words, it'd be a disaster. In short, don't question it - it'll be useful one day and on that day you'll look back at this and be all, 'oh, now I get it. That's why I took that class. This makes sense now.
