WHOSE influence?
the land was fertile and easy to farm on and also a clean water source also civilizations along the nile river advance and developed ways to control the floods so they did not destroy their cities
I think you might be looking for farming or agriculture.
Civilisation is based on a surplus of food so that people are not constrained by a daily struggle for survival and have resources to spend on culture. Fertile soil and water in the river valleys provided just that.

Civilisation grows out of sedentary population with a surplus - when people turn from hunter-gathering and nomadic herding and settle and grow crops they can build homes and facilities and eventually have leisure time to develop cultures. The river valleys had productive soil and water which provided the ability to provide a surplus of food and other resources which allowed that surplus to be invested in non-survival activities. It financed cities and their amenities, required effective control by a government to coordinate and control, and an upper class which could both control and also indulge in cultural activity. This control also established the ability to defend from predatory nomads and neighbours.
due to full of water in the valley
I'm taking a guess but I think it could be because we (Americans) have more information from artifacts that have been left behind or found. The researchers can find facts from what they find. But in Asia or Europe they had more civilizations and the civilizations were bigger and spread out. We may have some civilizations developed but not as many as Asia or Europe. I told you I was guessing. Don't count on it being right.
