Because they feel that they need to belong to a group to "fit in." I am a high school student and I know this from experience.
i guess it depends on the people
There are some cliques out there that are just for popularity, but many people join cliques because they need a group of people to be around to feel accepted even if that group of people is not so nice.
Probably of how long people can think of the names, and think it deserves a name for its style, characterustic, behavor, religion, ect. Gosh stereotypres and cliques should die all I need is a Pain Killer. Wish impossible to find.
Children can form cliques at any age. The most common age would be once they enter school age. Cliques can be a very bad thing and may lead to bullying of other kids.
Cliques are mean to others, because they are different and think their differences contribute most to the school. They all think they are superior against other cliques and so are mean to show to them that "yes we are mean, but we are still superior so we get to do whatever we want." Also, people tend to think differences are "weird," so when cliques are different, they dislike each other and are mean.
There are bullies and cliques at schools because these freaks feel that they have to be mean and cruel to others to get what they want and feel higher than most other people in the social ladder. I think that there Are bullies Because some People Have A lotr Of Fun, Its just Not To feel higher And Cooler Then Others. The cliques Are Because they Are All Different And not The Same So Yea that's Whats UP!!!!
Core cliques are cohesive subgroups. The subgroups consist of a small amount of people who interact with each other but exclude others not in the clique.
Because the clique wants power, and authority, and they think that through fighting they get that.
cliques
There are cliques in school because most people fall into a category with what their interests are . If you are not in a clique then why not make some new friends and start a clique of your own . New cliques are spawning all the time just like the latest fashion so give it a try you never know what you could find !
Some opinions are that they are good for bonding and creating lasting college friendships and networking. Others might be of the opinion that they cause cliques to form and exclude people or are even dangerous with their "hazing" initiations.
Cliques often consist of a small, close-knit group of people who share common interests, attitudes, or behaviors. They tend to be exclusive, forming their own social circle and maintaining tight bonds within the group. Cliques may also exhibit tendencies of favoritism, conformity, and resistance to outsiders.
