The ministers of Matrimony are the man and woman themselves. They "marry" each other. The priest is just the Church's official witness, and he pronounces the nuptial blessing. This is why a couple can get married, with permission, before a protestant minister, or even with no witnesses or Church permission if they are stuck on a desert island and there is no one around.
10 Downing street has been the prime minister's residence since 1720. The original building 'the house at the back' - was constructed around 1530.

Depends on the "Protestant" denomination. So called megachurch ministers can make well over 6 figures...but I have a feeling the question is more aimed at mainline Protestant ministers. From my research, a new minister just out of seminary can expect to make anywhere between 20-30,000 for the first 5 years. Raises after that will top off after 20 years of service around 50k. With that said, some mainline ministers can also make large sums of money by working for large inner-city churches. Furthermore, some denominations provide essentials for the minister and his/her family; such as a car, a parish house, money for utilities and groceries, etc.
The Prime Minister is the head of the national executive, and so his responsibilities reolve around the everyday running of the government. Such duties will involve having meetings with cabinet ministers to organise policy, as well as participating in debates in parliament.
