It's likely that no one typed the answer twice in the same answer box. What often happens is that we find two questions that are asking the exact same thing, and we merge them together, and they both had the same answer, so it shows twice. If we are manually merging we try to clean these up as we go, but some tools do more automated merging, and so you will see duplicate answers. If you let us know, by flagging the answer or just writing on our message boards, we'll be happy to fix it.
