Depends some girls wear them during their period and other ppl Wear them just for fun. And other ppl wear them becuz they have Urinarie problems or if they wet the bed a lot. some ppl even wear them as a PUNISHMENT OR SEX GAME OR HAVE A LOT OF STRESS
